Since our establishment in 2003, EUREA prepared and submitted more than 75 projects. For our partners we gained more than 73 million SKK for the implementation of the projects.
To the most significant project investment is the reconstruction of the cultural house in the village Boldog worth more than 12 million SKK, which is currently being realized. Another project, which concerns the reconstruction of the school building, was prepared for the village Trenčianska Teplá. This project for more than 25 million SKK was evaluated as successful and will be financed in the new programming period. The construction of the cultural house in the village Hrubý Šúr was subsidized by more than 20 million SKK.
In the field of non-investment projects we concentrate on educational and scientific activities and cross-border cooperation. In cooperation with our partner Podunajsko and Austrian partners we contributed to the creation of cycling route Hamuliakovo – Senec, eliminating the illegal junkyards in the region Podunajsko and organizing cultural days. We gained more than half million € for the organization of scientific competition Young Physicists’ Tournament. We helped to improve the teaching at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences of Comenius University by several projects worth more than 8 million SKK. Furthermore, we cooperate with other civil associations (Association of Slovak PhD Students, Quniverse) on scientific projects and on improving managerial abilities of PhD students and young scientific workers.
In 2008 we started cooperation with the Institute of Experimental Endocrinology at the Slovak Academy of Sciences. Our assignment is to provide administration of the project supported from 7th Frame Programme of EU.
